Ingredients
- 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Peel and cut the apples into fry-like sticks. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, another with whisked egg and milk, and the last with mixed panko breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
