- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (heaping)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, butter, salt, baking soda, and brown sugar until coarse crumbs form.
