  • 10 figs, halved (preferably mission figs)
  • 10 oz seedless grapes
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tbsp honey (divided)
  • 1 block Greek feta cheese in brine
  • ½ to 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
  • 4 to 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Baguette, sliced and toasted (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. On a baking sheet, combine figs and grapes with balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, and half the honey. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Add feta to the center of the sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and honey; sprinkle with Aleppo pepper and thyme.
  4. Return to oven for another 15 minutes until grapes burst and figs are jammy.
  5. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until the feta is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
