Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow)
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) for potato chips.
  2. Mix spice ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Slice potatoes into chips and coat with olive oil and half of the spice mix; bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
  4. Cook beef mince in a frying pan with remaining olive oil and spices until browned.
  5. Prepare the burger sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble bowls with baked potatoes, lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
