- 1 small onion (diced)
- ½ cup bell pepper (diced)

- 1.25 oz chili seasoning mix
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook and crumble the ground beef over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the onions and cook until softened.
