Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 12 ounces crumbled bacon
  • 2½ cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 count package sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a baking dish (9×13 inches) with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large heavy-bottom stock pot over medium heat, melt the cream cheese.
  3. Mix in the ranch dressing mix, onion powder, and black pepper until combined.
  4. Stir in green onion, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Place bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish and evenly spread the chicken mixture on top.
  6. Add remaining cheddar cheese over the mixture.
  7. Place top halves of rolls over the cheese layer.
  8. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into individual servings.
