  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa con queso
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until crumbled and cooked through; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water as per package instructions; let simmer until thickened.
  3. Combine meat mixture with salsa con queso until well mixed.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F degrees and prepare an 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick spray.
  5. Layer one tortilla, followed by a third of the meat mixture and a third of the cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
