- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie preferred)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, sugar, and salt; cook for 20–25 minutes until caramelized. Stir in minced garlic during the last minute.

- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes until orzo is tender.
