  • 2 large ripe peaches (sliced in half)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the inside of the peach halves with oil.
  2. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for 3-4 minutes until you see grill marks.
  3. Flip the peaches and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are warm throughout and soft.
  4. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with honey, and top each half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve immediately.
