  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried blueberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coarse sanding sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and lemon zest. Rub the zest into the sugars for enhanced flavor.
  3. Add the room temperature butter and mix until light and fluffy.
