Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • Optional: green food coloring and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
