- 6 boneless pork loin chops (1" thick)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, sea salt, ground ginger, garlic powder, and dried minced onions; mix well.
