  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add cubed steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine grape tomatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary. Set aside.
  4. Boil baby potatoes in water until fork-tender (8–10 minutes), then drain.
  5. Assemble kebabs by threading one potato, then steak piece, followed by a tomato onto each skewer until ingredients are used up.
  6. Oil the grill grates lightly and grill kebabs over direct heat for about 10 minutes total, turning occasionally.
