- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
- In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add cubed steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine grape tomatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary. Set aside.
- Boil baby potatoes in water until fork-tender (8–10 minutes), then drain.
- Assemble kebabs by threading one potato, then steak piece, followed by a tomato onto each skewer until ingredients are used up.
- Oil the grill grates lightly and grill kebabs over direct heat for about 10 minutes total, turning occasionally.
