Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and check for any remaining bones.

- Preheat your grill to 400-450°F or your oven to 375°F. Grill skin-side down for about 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness or bake for 15-22 minutes until cooked through.
