Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and check for any remaining bones.
  2. In a medium measuring jug, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place the salmon in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag while removing excess air and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to 400-450°F or your oven to 375°F. Grill skin-side down for about 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness or bake for 15-22 minutes until cooked through.
