  • 1½ lbs kielbasa or smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) green beans (drained)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup onions (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Wash and halve the baby creamer potatoes, then add them to a sealable bag.
  3. Add vegetable oil and seasonings to the bag; shake well to coat potatoes.
  4. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, brown the sliced sausage with water until cooked through.
  5. Transfer browned sausage to the bag with potatoes once cooled.
  6. Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until translucent; then add them to the bag.
  7. Incorporate drained green beans into the bag; shake again to mix well.
  8. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  9. Let sit for a few moments before serving.
