Ingredients

- 1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup salsa con queso
- 3 8-inch flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in salsa con queso, then remove from heat.
- Spray an 8-inch round baking tin with cooking spray.
- Layer one tortilla at the bottom, followed by 1/3 of the beef mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat twice more, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool briefly before slicing into wedges.
