Instructions
- Blend the cubed watermelon until smooth to create a puree.
- Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds and freeze for about 3 hours until solid.
- Add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over each frozen watermelon popsicle and return to the freezer for another 1.5 hours.
- Blend peeled and cubed kiwis until smooth.
- Pour kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in each mold and freeze for at least 6 hours until completely solid.
